These terms govern your use of ReachlySend ("the service"), operated by Bezalel Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
You may use ReachlySend to test deliverability of email YOU OWN OR ARE AUTHORIZED TO TEST. Forwarding email you don't own to a seed address — e.g., for spying or harvesting — is a misuse and will result in account termination plus reporting to applicable authorities.
You may not use the service to:
Plan limits (tests/month, monitored domains, etc.) are enforced automatically. Sustained use significantly above your plan or use that degrades service for other customers may result in account suspension pending discussion.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We don't issue refunds for partial months but will work in good faith if you have a billing dispute. Past-due accounts are automatically downgraded to Free after 14 days.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard on accuracy, deliverability scores are heuristics, not guarantees of inbox placement. Mailbox-provider behavior changes without notice; we reflect best-effort detection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. We will delete your data within 24 hours of account deletion. We may terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to courts located in Delaware.
